• Both Buyer and Seller signup for an account at Voippayments10.net. (10 minutes) During the signup process both buyer and seller will be able to register their equipment with Voippayments10.net Server.

• Either Buyer or Seller can intiate the transaction.  (10 minutes) During this process, the buyer or the seller can determine the country, city, prefix, billing increment, rate, and quantity.  Once the seller submits the transaction, an email will be sent to the buyer to ask whether the buyer agrees to the terms.

• Buyer can go online to Voippayments10.net and check whether they agree to the terms that the seller submitted. (5 minutes)  At this point, if buyer doesn't agree with the terms, the buyer will be able to modify the terms and send it back to the seller for his/her ok.  If the buyer agrees to the terms, Voippayments10.net will notify the seller by email that the seller has agreed to the terms that the seller stated.  Now the transaction is waiting for the buyer to deposit the money.

• Buyer make deposit into buyer account.  (Time: Immediately if via credit card, paypal, or transfer from another Voippayments10.net account) This can be completed immediately if the buyer makes the deposit via paypal, credit card, secured cash, or transfer from another Voippayments10.net account.  The process will take 48 hours if buyer make deposit via wire transfer.   If the buyer sends in a check, money order, or cashiers check, funds will not be available for up to 7 days or until the funds are clear.   Processing time varies by payment method.

Once the funds are available in the buyer account, the buyer will now be able to transfer the funds into each individual Voippayments10 transaction.

• Voippayments10 notified Seller via email as soon as funds are transfered into Voippayments10.net to cover the transaction. The seller now goes online to Voippayments.net, logs into their account and notify the buyer that route is now opened up and available for use.

• Voippayments10 notified the buyer via email that the route is now opened up.  Buyer now will be able to send minutes through.
